Yes. Our sticks are food-grade and made under an FSSC 22000 food safety system, which is GFSI-recognised, with a HACCP plan. Drying is the critical control point, and moisture content is monitored for every batch. Every stick is laser- and camera-sorted, polished smooth and released by our QA team with a batch number that traces back to its raw material lot. Our products and processes are also certified Halal.
Two standard sizes: the 93 mm stick for stick ice cream, kulfi and lollies, and the 114 mm stick for larger bars, kulfi and lollies. Both are 9.6 mm wide and 2.0 mm thick, with a round edge and AA grade, and are supplied in machine-counted bundles. Tell us how you use them and we will match the grade, size and packing.
Yes. We heat-stamp brand logos directly onto wooden spoons, sticks and cutlery, from your vector artwork. There are no inks or labels: the logo is burned into the wood, so it cannot rub off. Send your logo to get started.
Yes. Our 75 mm wrapped ice cream spoon is a flat wooden spoon for cups, tubs and desserts, individually wrapped in a sealed paper sleeve so it stays clean until it is opened. It is machine-packed, 12,000 pieces per carton.
Yes. Our wooden ice cream sticks and cutlery have been exported from our plant in Hub, Pakistan, to Oman and Dubai. At Plot A1, Burhani Industrial Park (LIEDA), Hub, Balochistan, Pakistan, a short drive from Karachi. The 24,000 sq ft site has 11,000 sq ft covered and 24/7 CCTV. Buyers and auditors are welcome to visit. See inside our facility.
For restaurants, takeaway and food service we make a 140 mm spoon, a 160 mm spoon, a 160 mm fork, a 160 mm spork and a 160 mm knife, plus a 140 mm wooden coffee stirrer. All are made from poplar and birch hardwood, polished smooth, and can carry your heat-stamped logo.
