Who makes wooden ice cream sticks in Pakistan?
Albizco Industries (Pvt) Ltd makes wooden ice cream sticks, ice cream spoons and disposable wooden cutlery at its FSSC 22000 certified plant in Hub, Balochistan, a short drive from Karachi. We started manufacturing in 2022 as Pakistan's pioneer in wooden ice cream stick production, and supply ice cream, food service and hospitality brands across Pakistan.
What sizes of wooden ice cream sticks do you supply?
Two sizes: 93 mm and 114 mm, both 9.6 mm wide and 2.0 mm thick. They are round-edge, AA-grade sticks for stick ice cream, kulfi and lollies, supplied in machine-counted bundles of 50 sticks, with 200 bundles per carton.
Do you make wrapped wooden ice cream spoons?
Yes. Our 75 mm spoon (75 × 16 × 1.6 mm) is machine-packed in its own sealed paper sleeve, so it stays clean until it is opened. It comes in strips of 12, with 1,000 strips (12,000 spoons) per carton.
Which wooden spoons and disposable cutlery do you make?
Ice cream spoons in 75, 95 and 100 mm; disposable cutlery as a 140 mm spoon and a 160 mm spoon, fork and knife; and a 140 mm coffee stirrer. Spoons and cutlery are 1.6 mm thick (the 95 mm spoon is 1.4 mm) and packed 100 per pack, 100 packs per carton.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We have no minimum order, so you can start with a single carton.
What wood are your products made from?
Poplar and birch hardwood from FSC® certified, responsibly managed forests, polished smooth. Wood is renewable and naturally biodegradable, a direct replacement for plastic spoons, cutlery and sticks.
Are your wooden sticks and spoons food safe?
Yes. We run an FSSC 22000 food safety system with a HACCP plan, and drying is a critical control point monitored by moisture content. Every piece passes laser and camera inspection, our QA team releases each batch, and every batch number traces back to its raw material lot. We are also ISO 9001:2015, Halal and SMETA 4-Pillar certified, and a YUMS approved supplier for KFC.
Can you put our logo on the spoons and sticks?
Yes. We heat-stamp your logo directly into the wood from your vector artwork. There are no inks or labels, so it cannot rub off.
How do I get samples and a quotation?

Do you export outside Pakistan?
Yes. Our sticks and cutlery have been exported to Oman and Dubai. Buyers abroad get the same certified product and batch traceability as our customers in Pakistan.
Can we visit or audit your factory?
Yes. Buyers and auditors are welcome to walk the 10 production stages at our plant in Hub. Certificates and audit reports are available on request for your supplier file.
