What disposable wooden cutlery do you make?
Five disposable wooden spoons from 95 to 160 mm, plus a 160mm fork, knife and spork. The 160mm spoon, fork, knife and spork are the same length, so together they make a matching cutlery set. For ice cream cups we also make a 75 mm wrapped spoon.
Is your wooden cutlery food safe?
Yes. It is food-grade and made under our FSSC 22000 food safety system, which is GFSI-recognised, with a HACCP plan. Moisture content is checked at drying, our critical control point. Every piece is laser- and camera-sorted, polished smooth and released by our QA team with a batch number that traces back to its raw material lot. Our products and processes are also certified Halal.
Can wooden cutlery replace plastic cutlery?
Yes. Our disposable wooden spoons, forks, knives and sporks are made from renewable poplar and birch hardwood, which is naturally biodegradable, and are a direct replacement for plastic cutlery in takeaway, food service and cutlery sets. The wood is FSC® certified, which supports your own sustainability reporting.
How is your wooden cutlery packed?
Our 95, 100, 140 and 160 mm spoons come 100 per pack, with 100 packs (10,000 spoons) per carton. Forks, knives and sporks are bulk packed. Every carton is marked with the product and batch number.
What is the minimum order for disposable wooden cutlery?
One carton for every item. Ask for a quotation and we will confirm the packing for the items you need.
